Education: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical

EXPERIENCE: 2–6 years in Engineering Company

Primary Roles & Responsibilities::

- Supervision of assembly processes.
- Ensure quality of work with safety & efficiency.
- Ensure use of correct material, processes and optimal utilization of man, machine, and materials.
- Constantly work to improve assembly processes, reduce cost & labour.
- Identify root cause of defects in assembly line and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Testing of assembled components/ assemblies to ensure they are as per specifications.
- Resources scheduling to ensure production plans are achieved.
- Achieve production target.
- Maintain all necessary records for assembly processes.
- Follow all environmental, health & safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and across the paint shop.
- Communication between assembly teams & Manager.
- Coordinate with internal departments, to ensure seamless workflow of material for assembly and dispatch.
- Initiate Kaizen & 5S activities on shop floor.
- Keep track of inventory of input material and consumables. Coordinate with PPC for timely requisition.
