Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins based on approved designs.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
- Collaborate with designers to maintain a solid design aesthetic and branding consistency.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO fundamentals, and performance best practices.
- Integrate third-party services such as APIs, payment gateways, and CRMs.
- Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues during development and after deployment.
KPIs:
- Pixel-perfect accuracy in converting Figma designs to WordPress (measured by design QA checks).
- Website responsiveness score across devices and browsers.
- Website performance score on Lighthouse/GTmetrix after deployment.
- SEO readiness score based on implemented on-page best practices.
- Issue resolution time for bugs or QA feedback.
- Code quality compliance with internal development standards.
