Jay Ambe Engineer Pump Manufacturing Company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pump manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineering sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers.
- Manage and expand the existing customer base.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pump manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
