We are looking for a dedicated and responsible HR /Supervisor to join our event management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling core HR functions, supervising staff, managing company merchandise, and conducting training sessions to ensure smooth operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leave records
- Address employee queries and maintain workplace discipline
2. Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and staff activities
- Ensure smooth execution of events and team coordination
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
3. Merchandise Management:
- Handle company merchandise inventory
- Ensure proper distribution and maintenance of event materials
- Coordinate logistics related to merchandise during events
4. Training & Development:
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees
- Ensure team is well-prepared for event execution
- Develop basic training materials and guidelines
Requirements:
- Experienced in HR
- Basic knowledge of HR functions
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during events
Preferred Skills:
- Solid organizational skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Team management and coordination
Note:
This role requires flexibility in working hours, especially during events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
