Job Title: Business Development Advisor

Department: Business Development
Reports To: CMD (Managing Director)
Location: Chennai / Coimbatore (Travel Required)
Experience: 5–7 Years

Job Purpose

Build strong business relationships with business owners, promoters, and Managing Directors of medium and large companies. Identify new business opportunities, develop trust with prospects, and support business growth by generating qualified leads for the CMD.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and connect with potential business clients.

2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

3. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and manage prospects.

4. Attend business association meetings, networking events, and industry programs.

5. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

6. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM.

7.



Ensure timely follow-up with every prospect until handover to the CMD.

8. Prepare meeting notes and client briefs before CMD discussions.

9. Build referral networks with Chartered Accountants, Bankers, and Business Consultants.

10. Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

11. Travel regularly to meet clients and attend business events.

12. Submit weekly business development reports and pipeline updates.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).

2. 5–7 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

3. Experience dealing with business owners, promoters, and senior management.

4. Positive knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

7. Willing to travel frequently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
