Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other operational requirements. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order creation, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices to achieve the best value.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases as required.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor database, and documentation.
- Ensure purchased materials meet quality specifications.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, or delivery.
- Track market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.




- Experience in manufacturing companies will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Vendor management and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Valuable analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in procurement of raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, and industrial consumables.
- Knowledge of GST-related purchase documentation.
- Experience with vendor evaluation and cost optimization.

Salary

- Experience: 2–3 Years
- Location: Jaipur
- Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
