In this role, you will facilitate seamless spoken communication and business operations between internal teams and Japanese clients or business stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • Provide real-time spoken translation and interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Hindi) during calls, client interactions, and operational queries. Handle incoming client communications, operational support tickets, and direct queries efficiently while ensuring high language precision. Maintain clear, concise, and professional documentation of business interactions and transactions in Japanese and English. Collaborate with cross-functional cross-border teams to resolve operational issues in a timely and structured manner.
