- Responsible for team decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and experience with data transformation processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and develop efficient mapping strategies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving data conversion issues to maintain data integrity.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and configuration management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
