Senior Manager - Plant HR Head

Role Responsibilities

- Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing plant as Plant HR Head.
- Drive overall people strategy and HR operations aligned with plant and business objectives, including IR initiatives & maintain a healthy shop-floor workplace
- Handle union management, wage settlements, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and long-term settlements.
- Manage end-to-end factory HR operations including:
- Manpower planning
- Talent management
- Employee engagement
- Performance management
- Contract labour management
- Statutory compliance
- Workforce productivity initiatives
- Partner closely with Plant Leadership and Corporate HR to support business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, factory compliance, and HR governance practices.




- Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 members.
- Drive employee discipline, productivity, and organizational culture within the plant environment.

Candidate Requirements

- 1822 years of HR experience with strong exposure to plant/factory HR operations.
- Mandatory experience in Industrial Relations and unionized manufacturing environments.
- Experience from manufacturing light/heavy manufacturing industries can also be considered.
- Should currently be working as Plant HR Head with strong exposure to handling complex IR environments & Compliance and labour laws
- Preferred age: Below 45 years.
- Notice period should be maximum 30 days.
- Stable career track record preferred.
