We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who enjoys building workflows, solving problems, and working with clients. If you love automation and want to work across multiple brands, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Build and optimize email automation flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Nurture, Re-engagement, etc.)
- Create WhatsApp automation using WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, or Meta WhatsApp API
- Set up and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead, or Apollo
- Integrate CRM, websites, forms, WhatsApp, and ad platforms using Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and Webhooks
- Manage HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
- Configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email deliverability
- Build dashboards and prepare weekly performance reports
- Track leads, CPL, conversions, and pipeline performance
- Conduct client meetings and explain campaign performance in easy terms
- Document automation workflows and improve existing processes

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, or Marketing Operations
- Hands-on experience with at least two marketing automation platforms
- Good understanding of APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Experience with HubSpot,



Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
- Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
- Strong English communication skills
- Good reporting, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently

Bonus Skills

- HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Klaviyo certifications
- Basic SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Agency experience
- Experience with Meta Lead Ads and Google Lead Form integrations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
