- Drive the company's operational strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, CRM, Projects, and Legal.
- Formulate and implement robust operational policies, scaling procedures, and performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and establish KPIs for departmental heads and senior management to maximize efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and oversee budget allocation, cost control, and financial performance across real estate projects.
- Strengthen joint ventures, stakeholder relationships, investor communications, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure all real estate projects comply with statutory regulations, RERA guidelines, and legal frameworks.
- Review operational bottlenecks regularly and introduce data-driven solutions to optimize project delivery timelines.
