Primary Responsibility:

Support production operations by ensuring accessories, stock and manpower requirements are available without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accessories Management

Maintain stock of all accessories.

Issue accessories to production.

Monitor minimum stock levels.

Raise purchase requests before stock-outs.

Maintain inward and outward registers.

2. Inventory Control

Update finished goods stock after every order.

Maintain production stock records.

Verify physical stock weekly.

Report shortages and excess stock.

3. Wages Administration

Calculate weekly wages.

Prepare auto wage calculations.

Coordinate payments with accounts.

4. Production Support

Arrange daily production requirements.

Ensure trims and accessories are available before production starts.

Coordinate with stores and purchase departments.

Checking & Packing Coordination

Coordinate product checking.

Monitor packing targets.

Ensure correct labels, barcodes and cartons are used.

Follow up until dispatch.

6. Documentation

Maintain production registers.

Update stock registers.

Prepare daily and weekly reports.

Maintain inward and outward records.

Required Skills

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
