Fitter - Fabrication

Job Descriptions:

- Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform structural fabrication and sheet metal fabrication as per production plans and drawings.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications.
- Carry out cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, and assembly activities.
- Ensure quality checks and maintain inspection records.
- Follow 5S, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
- Use and maintain fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
- Identify fabrication issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and productivity.

Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :





- ITI Fitter/ITI Welder or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in structural fabrication and sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication tools, measuring instruments, and basic welding practices.
- Understanding of quality standards, 5S, and shop floor safety.
- Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
