The candidate should be confident in understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions based on individual preferences, lifestyle, age, profession, and expectations.
The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a consultative sales approach to ensure excellent client experience and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales or consultative selling.
- Experience in handling HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) clients preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
- Professional personality with solid presentation and relationship management skills.
