Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across Sales, Accounts, production, engineering, quality, and support functions.

2. Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels for candidate sourcing.

3. Recruitment Process Management:

4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

5. Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.

6. Manage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.

7. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

8. Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for management review.

9. Collaborate with department heads, Plant Heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
