Requirements:
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery (D.O., DNB, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in orthopedic surgery, with documented case logs in fracture management and joint replacements.
- Proven proficiency in handling all types of fractures (complex, open, intra -articular, pediatric) and joint replacement surgeries.
- Strong surgical dexterity,
decision -making ability, and attention to detail in high -pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with contemporary orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and digital imaging systems (X -ray, CT, MRI).
- Valid medical registration and license to practice in the respective state or region.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning in orthopedic medicine.
