ORC Functional Consultant
(Offshore – Full Time)


Hyderabad / Vizag - WFO Hybrid Pref


Fulltime




UK Shift: 2 -11 PM IST






Role Summary



Responsible for hands -on configuration of Oracle Recruiting
Cloud including workflows, posting logic, screening rules, onboarding, and
reporting.



Key Responsibilities



- Configure
requisition templates and posting logic

- Setup
workflows and approval chains

- Configure
AI ranking and candidate experience features

- Implement
onboarding processes

- Assist
in report configuration

- Support
UAT defect resolution




Requirements

Required Experience


- 4+
years Oracle HCM configuration experience

- 2+
years ORC -specific experience

- Experience
configuring recruiting workflows
