We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Onco Surgeon to join a full-time clinical role based in Raipur and Bilaspur. This position offers an opportunity to work in a patient-centric oncology care environment, delivering advanced surgical cancer treatment while collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams. Key Responsibilities

- Perform complex oncological surgeries with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and best clinical outcomes across different cancer types.
- Evaluate patients through detailed clinical assessments, imaging, and diagnostic reports to determine surgical feasibility and treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and nursing teams to provide integrated cancer care.
- Develop individualized surgical strategies aligned with established oncology protocols and patient-specific needs.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative counseling to patients and families, clearly explaining procedures, risks, and recovery expectations.
- Manage post-operative care, monitor recovery, and address complications promptly to ensure optimal healing and patient comfort.
- Participate in tumor boards,



clinical discussions, and case reviews to enhance treatment quality and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate medical records, surgical documentation, and compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncological surgery, techniques, and treatment guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and quality standards.

- A qualified Onco Surgeon with formal training and specialization in Oncology / Oncosurgery.
- Proven experience in managing and performing oncological surgeries across a range of cancer cases.
