Requirements:


- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent; Master’s in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) or MBA in Healthcare Management is preferred.

- Valid nursing license and registration with the State Nursing Council.

- Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospital or clinical setting.

- Proven leadership and team coordination skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse nursing teams.

- In -depth knowledge of hospital administration, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, NHM,



WHO guidelines).

- Solid expertise in quality control, infection management, and clinical documentation systems.

- Proficient in staff training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and hospital management information systems (HMIS).

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, data -driven decisions.
