Educational Qualifications ● MA/Msc in Psychology
(Preferable Major: Clinical Psychology)





● Years of experience: 3 - 5+ Years




Counseling and related
services


● Attend to the mental health needs of patients in
the ICU



● Design strategies and techniques to relieve
stress,anxiety and worry of patients in the ICU


● Post care treatment to patients released from
the ICU



● Meeting and providing therapy to the
caregivers/attenders of the ICU patients



● Need based regular followup for
caregivers/attenders



● Speaking and assisting the ICU staff - - Doctors,
Nurses and Non -Medical Staff in case of burnout
or emotional distress





Training


● Establishing a system of efficient communication
with/within the ICU staff


● Designing and conducting monthly trainings for




the ICU Staff - - Doctors, Nurses and Non -Medical
Staff


● Assessing any specific need based intervention in
one:one setting with the ICU Staff





Administration



● Maintaining record of individual patient progress



● Maintaining communication record with
caregivers/attenders



● Documentation of strategies employed

● Comfortable working with patients in the ICU


● Positive Communication skills


● Project Management Skills


● Stakeholder Management Skills


● Language Requirement: Must be proficient in
Telugu


● Should be a resident of Hyderabad, Telangana
