Minutes to Seconds is looking for a Manhattan WMS Consultant in Bangalore for our client.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Manhattan Associates WMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manhattan WMS (Active or SCALE), warehouse operations, and supply chain processes, with proven ability to deliver large-scale WMS implementations or support engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support end-to-end Manhattan WMS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Configure Manhattan WMS modules such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor Management, and Slotting.

- Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Supply Chain, 3PLs) to define business requirements and align system functionality.





- Provide technical and functional expertise in Manhattan WMS upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials for users

- Collaborate with integration teams to connect Manhattan WMS with ERP, TMS, and automation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, conveyors, robotics).

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.

- Support UAT, performance testing, and go-live cutovers.

- Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

- 3–8 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems, with at least 2+ years in Manhattan WMS (Active WM, SCALE, or Open Systems).

- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, returns).

- Hands-on experience in WMS configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

- Exposure to integration technologies (MQ, APIs, EDI, XML, middleware like MuleSoft, Sterling, or SAP PI/PO).

- Familiarity with SQL queries, scripting, and performance tuning (for technical roles).

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Labor Management (LM), Slotting, Yard Management, or Transportation modules in Manhattan.

- Experience in 3PL, Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce warehouse operations.

- Knowledge of automation/WCS integration (AS/RS, sorters, robotics).

- Project management or consulting experience in large-scale WMS deployments.
