About Us: Highcrest Trading and Exports is a fast-growing FMCG distribution company specializing in the marketing and distribution of premium tea, coffee, and spices across Kerala. We are looking for a meticulous, highly organized Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, manage distributor billing, and ensure complete statutory compliance.

Role Overview: Based at our Ernakulam Corporate Office, you will be the core of our financial operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, generating accurate invoices for wholesale distributors, independently filing GST returns, and maintaining the financial health records for the company using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate ledgers, journal entries, and financial records using Tally Prime.
Billing & Invoicing: Process daily secondary billing and generate accurate invoices for distributors and institutional clients.
Tax Compliance: Independently compute, prepare, and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and assist with annual tax compliance.
Sales Reconciliation: Audit Daily Sales Reports (DSR)



submitted by the field sales team and reconcile daily cash collections and bank deposits.
Accounts Management: Track and manage Accounts Receivable (distributor payments) and Accounts Payable (vendor payments).
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial summary reports for the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven accounting experience. Background in the trading, distribution, or FMCG sector is a major advantage.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and navigating the GST portal.
Skills: High attention to detail, robust numerical accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
