Role:

The Solar Electrical Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects at site, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and timely completion.

Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities for solar installations.
Execute installation of modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and earthing.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors.
Monitor material usage and manage site inventory.
Conduct site surveys and measurements.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Ensure safety and quality compliance at the site.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / EEE.
1–4 years of experience in solar EPC / electrical / construction projects

(Freshers with solid interest can also apply).




Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical works.
Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting).

Compensation & Terms:
For Freshers: ₹15,000/month + allowance.
Freshers are required to submit original educational certificates at the time of joining.
For Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on interview performance and experience.
