About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a real estate background to join our Finance team in Kolkata. This role suits someone who is hands-on with Tally and FARVISION, comfortable with statutory compliance, and confident working independently on day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all accounting entries in Tally and FARVISION
Compute GST and TDS, and handle their monthly returns, reconciliation and statement generation
Carry out bank reconciliation (BRS)
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Support audit of financial policies and regulations
Maintain EPF and ESIC compliance
Manage online bank operations, including party and salary payments

Must-Have Skills




Graduate in Commerce (Honours) - B.Com (Hons.) mandatory
Prior experience in a real estate company is mandatory
Working knowledge of FARVISION is mandatory
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, MIS reporting)
Robust hands-on experience with Tally entries
GST and TDS return filing, monthly statement generation and reconciliation
Experience handling online bank operations

Preferred Skills
Prior exposure to real estate accounting practices and project-wise cost tracking
