Dista Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team at Parippally, Kollam. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services and answer customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam (English and Hindi are an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
