Electronics manufacturing & PCB assembly experience Knowledge of IPC standards and quality systems. Testing, debugging, and system integration expertise Familiarity with defence/aerospace manufacturing standards.
Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules for assemblies and integrated systems.
Ensure timely execution of manufacturing orders aligned with project milestones.
Ensure compliance with QMS, IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC- 6012).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, QA, Supply Chain, Testing) for seamless execution.
Drive On-Time Delivery and ensure adherence to project commitments.
Improve manufacturing e iciency, yield, and cycle time Standardize production processes and documentation. Introduce best practices in assembly, testing, and inspection.



Implement lean manufacturing / continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audits, documentation, and certification requirements.
Work with vendors for PCB fabrication, components, and assemblies.
Evaluate vendor performance and drive quality improvements
Support sourcing decisions for critical components and suppliers
Oversee functional testing, environmental testing, and system validation Ensure readiness for LQT, ATP, and customer acceptance.
Coordinate troubleshooting and debugging activities
Lead and mentor production technicians Build capabilities in planning, execution, and technical skills Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability in teams.
