Graphic Designer – Job Description

Mad Media Machine is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a solid eye for design, love creating engaging visuals, and can transform ideas into impactful creatives, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Design creative social media posts, advertisements, and digital marketing materials.
Create branding assets such as logos, brochures, business cards, banners, and other promotional materials.
Develop visually appealing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to execute creative concepts.
Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across all designs.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.




Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
Good communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Figma, or Canva.
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics.
Understanding of branding and social media marketing.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
