Kaymas Biriyani is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for our restaurants in Punalur, Kottarakkara and Pathanapuram, Kerala.

Key responsibilities:
Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Manage, train, schedule and motivate the restaurant team.
Maintain consistent food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and service standards.
Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, inventory, purchasing and wastage.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, stock control and daily reporting.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, central kitchen and management.
Ensure compliance with food-safety and company procedures.
Work towards sales, profitability and customer-satisfaction targets.

Mandatory requirements:




More than 5 years of experience working as a Restaurant Manager.
Experience must be with a reputed, professionally managed restaurant or restaurant group.
Robust knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, inventory and team management.
Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work versatile shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Candidates must be willing to work at Punalur, Kottarakkara or Pathanapuram according to operational requirements.

Job type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
