Preparing clients: Helping clients prepare for their visa interviews
Providing guidance: Offering guidance on how to answer questions during the interview
Sharing tips: Sharing tips for making the most of the interview experience
Interviewing: Interview clients and deal with applications
Document preparation: Ensure that all relevant documents are completed and received on time
Client support: Help clients obtain visas and other documentation
Communication: Maintain solid working relationships with clients and colleagues
Legislation: Stay up to date with changes to legislation.
