Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations efficiently, and ensure smooth seating arrangements to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide seating assistance.
Coordinate with the service team to optimize table allocation and guest flow.
Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns courteously and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.




Monitor table availability and communicate updates with the restaurant team.
Ensure a positive first and last impression for every guest.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
Well-groomed and skilled appearance.
Basic computer/POS system knowledge is preferred.
Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
