We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving innovative hands-on learning activities, STEAM projects, and educational solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure activities are engaging, technically accurate, and aligned with educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative STEAM, engineering, robotics, AI, IoT, and coding-based learning activities.
Research emerging technologies, educational trends, and engineering concepts to create current project ideas.
Build, prototype, and test activities using engineering principles and electronic components.
Develop activity manuals, technical documentation, lesson plans, and implementation guides.
Troubleshoot and improve existing activities based on testing and feedback.
Work closely with curriculum developers, facilitators, and the project team to ensure smooth implementation.
Validate project feasibility, safety, and functionality before deployment.
Assist in the development and enhancement of educational kits and learning resources.
Conduct internal demonstrations, testing sessions,



and training for newly developed activities.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and development timelines.
Ensure all activities align with learning outcomes and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field).
Freshers with solid project experience or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Arduino, Microcontrollers, sensors, robotics, embedded systems, or similar platforms is preferred.
Understanding of project development, prototyping, and testing methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
