Sales Trainee – Textile Division

Reporting To

Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head

Key Responsibilities
Assist in promoting and selling textile products to existing and prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and market intelligence updates.
Support the team in generating inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Understand customer fabric specifications, quality requirements, and commercial expectations.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, and business development activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality-related concerns.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in textile sales,



marketing, merchandising, or customer service.

Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, fabrics, yarns, and quality parameters.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.

English – Mandatory
Tamil – Mandatory
Hindi – Preferred

Education
B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or Textile Processing.

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹30,331.90 per month
