Job Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer is required.
Hands on experience in Madcap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word.
Familiar with STE, MSTP, and other style guides.
Experienced knowledge of Fire and safety is an added advantage
Robust understanding of topic-based authoring: single sourcing, content reuse, global projects, conditional text and variables
Knowledge in reading Engineering drawings: 2D and 3D.
Job Responsibilities:
Create /develop manuals, procedures, and other documents in accordance with Customer standards and templates.
Edit and format documents with a high degree of accuracy, speed, and quality within deadlines.
Ability to explain complex information in a transparent and concise manner.
Coordinate with Peer Tech Writer, Illustrator, Project Lead and Onsite Lead for inputs/feedback/illustrations to complete the task.
