We're Hiring – Events Manager

Location: T. Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Position: Events Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Events Industry
Robust event planning and coordination skills
Experience in managing conferences, workshops, awareness programs, and public events
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to coordinate with vendors, speakers, sponsors, and stakeholders
Willingness to travel locally as required for event execution

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute foundation events
Coordinate event logistics, venue arrangements, and vendor management
Manage event timelines, budgets, and reporting




Work closely with internal teams and external partners
Ensure smooth execution of events from concept to completion

Preferred Skills
Event management experience in healthcare, social sector, NGOs, or educational institutions is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and event coordination tools
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities
