Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead our branding and product marketing initiatives. In this role, you will manage design operations, lead the graphic design team, and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms under a unified department strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and lead the graphic design team, ensuring high-quality output and meeting project deadlines effectively.
Brand Strategy: Develop branding strategies, maintain visual identity, and ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
Creative Design: Design and supervise the creation of product catalogs, brochures, packaging, banners, and digital marketing creatives.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to execute successful campaigns and support multiple projects.
Quality Control: Review and approve all design work before final release to maintain quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:



Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design and branding (Experience in product-based or industrial sectors is preferred).
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication.
Core Competencies: Solid understanding of branding, product marketing, creative thinking with attention to detail, and excellent team management skills.
