Responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily truck dispatch operations to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries. Acts as the communication link between drivers, customers, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Assign and track loads, monitor routes, and update delivery status.
Communicate with drivers and resolve issues like delays or breakdowns.
Maintain dispatch logs, trip data, and compliance records.
Prepare basic performance and utilization reports in Excel.

Skills & Tools:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of LoadStop, Samsara, and Microsoft Excel
Understanding of trucking operations and DOT compliance

Experience:
1–3 years in logistics or trucking dispatch preferred
Experience in Trucking - Dry Van, Reefer, Low boy
