Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software products, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
Solid knowledge of designing scalable and maintainable microservices-based systems.
Experience in configuring and deploying applications within distributed environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural and integration challenges.
Familiarity with service orchestration and API management in microservices ecosystems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
