Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
Coordinate payroll inputs and verify attendance records.
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlements.
Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Maintain employee databases and HR MIS reports.

Administration
Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance services.
Handle office asset management and inventory.
Manage stationery,



office supplies, and procurement.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Ensure timely renewal of office agreements, licenses, and utility services.
Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Maintain visitor records and employee ID cards.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR & Admin MIS reports.
Maintain recruitment trackers and employee databases.
Generate attendance, leave, payroll, and attrition reports.
Prepare vendor payment trackers and office expense reports.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Pay: ₹15,692.44 - ₹25,000.00 per month
