Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Lead Engineer with solid experience in voice/IVR platforms and QA automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in backend development, voice testing frameworks, and up-to-date CI/CD practices, along with exposure to conversational AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
Experience in voice/IVR platform engineering and QA automation
Proficiency with Cyara Velocity and Botium for automated voice testing
Experience integrating voice test suites into CI/CD workflows
Exposure to agentic AI agent for conversational/voice use cases
Scripting ability in Python or Node.js
Nice to have: experience with ASR/TTS evaluation, observability tooling for voice flows, Familiarity with telephony protocols and contact center platforms (Genesys GC,



Avaya, Google DialogFlow, etc.)
