Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per production and customer schedules.
Arrange vehicles and coordinate with approved transporters.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR, and Packing List.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, QA, Sales, and Commercial teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain dispatch records, freight details, and ERP entries.
Verify transporter invoices before processing for payment.
Ensure compliance with GST, transport regulations, and protected handling of chemical products.
Monitor vehicle turnaround time and resolve logistics-related issues.
Support inventory reconciliation and follow FIFO/FEFO practices during dispatch.





Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in logistics or dispatch, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing industry.

Skills
Knowledge of dispatch documentation and E-Way Bills.
Working knowledge of ERP and MS Excel.
Valuable coordination, communication, and planning skills.
Understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
