Receive, answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency calls
Proactively address problems and suggest solutions of all dispatch related queries and solution focused to avoid repetitive problems
Receive and dispatch orders
Ensuring that all work is accurately entered and managed in the dispatch system
Execution of planned dispatches and optimizing total work time for dispatch process
Communicate with drivers on the ETA's of orders and make sure the order is completed in a timely manner.
Oversee the route of drivers
Monitor special driver requirements for each site to ensure they are being adhered to
Communicate professionally with customers in order to resolve service issues in a timely manner and providing customers with status updates.
Ensure drivers follow Company Safety Policies and Procedures for example: HOS,



Transportation of Dangerous Goods, etc
