Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain the features, specifications, and perks of Bajaj motorcycles and scooters.
Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate new leads through walk-ins, telecalling, digital enquiries, and field activities.
Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is closed.
Assist customers with finance, insurance, exchange, and registration processes.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Plus Two (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
