Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / AM Sales (Industrial Valves)

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities for Industrial Valves and related flow control products.
Manage direct sales and business development activities in the Vadodara region and surrounding industrial areas.
Visit customers regularly to understand their technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable valve solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proactively follow up for order closures.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, production planning, and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs,



and end users.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer demonstrations whenever required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities within target industries.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance business visibility.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Industrial Valves such as Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Control Valves, Safety Valves, etc.
Understanding of process industries and industrial applications.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read technical specifications and datasheets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
