Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts. The role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow by monitoring outstanding balances, resolving billing discrepancies, and coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process.
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare Accounts Receivable aging reports and customer account statements.
Allocate customer payments and maintain accurate receivable records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.




Monitor customer credit terms and escalate overdue accounts when necessary.
Support month-end Accounts Receivable closing activities.
Maintain skilled communication with customers regarding payments and account balances.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
Robust knowledge of invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
