Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Lead to manage, mentor, and drive the performance of a team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, support business development, ensure exceptional client service, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor current and existing team members.
Develop business opportunities and maintain robust client relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with team handling experience.
Robust leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
