Key Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of all safety rules, procedures, and statutory compliance at site/plant.
Conduct daily safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Monitor proper usage of PPE by employees, contractors, and visitors.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions regularly.
Maintain safety records, incident reports, inspection checklists, and compliance documents.
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents and submit reports.
Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and first aid arrangements are maintained properly.
Coordinate with departments for corrective and preventive safety actions.
Monitor contractor safety compliance and work permit systems.
Ensure housekeeping and secure work practices across the premises.
Support management during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.




Immediately report major safety violations or hazardous conditions to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Certification in Industrial Safety or relevant field.
Basic knowledge of factory safety standards and compliance requirements.
Valuable observation and reporting skills.
Ability to handle workforce discipline related to safety practices.
Basic computer knowledge for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience
1–5 years of experience in industrial / manufacturing / plant safety operations preferred.

Pay: ₹9,778.45 - ₹27,653.07 per month
