Job Summary

The Delivery Boy is responsible for ensuring the timely, protected, and accurate delivery of products to customers while maintaining a skilled and courteous attitude. The role also includes handling delivery documentation, collecting payments (if applicable), and maintaining the assigned delivery vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver orders to customers on time.
Verify delivery items before dispatch.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
Collect cash or digital payments when required.
Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.




Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Represent Hedonne professionally while interacting with customers.

Requirements
Valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable).
Positive knowledge of local routes and areas.
Basic communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit to handle deliveries.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Prior delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

As per company policy and operational requirements.

Reporting To

Operations Manager / Logistics Supervisor

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
