Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer (QA/QC) for Solar/Wind projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control and execution of civil works at site, particularly in large-scale PV plant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of civil works including foundations, buildings, and structural works
Experience in PV Plants (Solar Projects)
Execution of transmission line foundations, MCR buildings, boundary walls, roads & drainage works, piling works
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Maintain quality as per FQP (Field Quality Plan)
QA/QC documentation and reporting
Preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR), planning & scheduling
Conduct and maintain records of tests:
Cube Test
Slump Test
Brick Test
Compaction Test (Core Cutter Method)
Handle quality documents such as RFI, checklists, pour cards, material testing reports, calibration reports
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
5–8 years of relevant experience
Experience in Solar/Wind Projects (preferred)
Valuable communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills:
Experience in large-scale PV plant projects
Solid knowledge of civil QA/QC practices
Ability to manage site quality and documentation independently
