Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience, specifically in Non-IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles, including sales, operations, procurement, vendor management, and finance. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across various departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and local databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and documentation.




Understand job requirements and create job postings accordingly.
Ensure robust candidate experience and timely communication.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of recruitment experience focused on non-IT roles.
Robust understanding of bulk hiring and lateral hiring processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
