Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule daily vehicle movements based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, warehouses, and customers for timely deliveries and pickups.
Monitor vehicle movement using GPS and transportation management systems.
Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery while minimizing delays.
Allocate vehicles efficiently to maximize fleet utilization.
Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
Handle transportation issues such as delays, breakdowns, and route deviations.
Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Analyze transport performance, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with vendors and third-party transporters when required.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce transportation costs and improve service quality.





Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
Experience in a logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or supply chain company is preferred.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of transportation.
Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Transport Management Systems (TMS) & SAP.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
